• Loan Agreement: Refers to the formal written or electronic agreement that specifies the terms, conditions, and repayment obligations of the loan sanctioned by the Lender.
• Outstanding Amount: Refers to the total amount payable by the borrower to the Lender, including the principal amount, interest, and any applicable charges or fees.
• Services: Refers to all online services provided through the Website that facilitate loan application, processing, management, and related communication between the Customer and the Lender.
• User Data: Refers to all personal, financial, and other information or documentation submitted by the Customer while using the Website or Services.
• Third-Party Platforms: Refers to websites or services not owned or controlled by QwickKom but used for related purposes such as identity verification, data validation, or marketing (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, or similar).

QwickKom provides an online platform through which Customers can apply for loans offered by authorized Lenders.

To avail of the Services, you may be required to submit accurate, complete, and verifiable information and documents, including but not limited to:

• Name, age, and date of birth
• Contact information and address
• Identity proof such as Aadhaar, or other KYC documents
• Aadhaar is mandatory

By submitting this information, you authorize QwickKom to:

1. Verify your information and documents with relevant authorities or service providers.
2. Share your verified data with the authorized Lender for assessment and loan approval.

Loan approval and disbursement are solely at the discretion of the Lender, subject to eligibility and verification.

We act as a facilitator between you and the Lender and do not itself grant or disburse any loans.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is true, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection of your loan application and/or termination of access to the Services.

4. User Responsibilities
